Teriyaki Sauce

Great for marinating fish, chicken or beef or for your next stir fry:

Combine these six ingredients in a small skillet. Cook over medium heat until the sauce just begins to boil.

1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
1/8 cup water
1/8 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
1/2 teaspoon ground fresh ginger (or more to taste)
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
